Ticket Sales

  • Online: you can purchase all festival tickets online through the platform compostelacultura.gal.

  • Zone C - Information Point (Plaza de Cervantes): tickets for all the festival's screenings and events, regardless of location. Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Sundays from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm. Phone: +34 981 54 24 24 62

  • Teatro Principal: tickets for all the festival’s screenings and events, regardless of location. Opening hours: during the festival (from 2 to 10 October), from one hour before the start of the first session of the day until the start of the last session. Phone: +34 981 542 349.

  • NUMAX: only tickets for screenings taking place onsite. Monday to Saturday (except Tuesday), from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 8.30 pm. Tuesday from 4.00 pm to 8.30 pm. For screenings outside these hours, the box office will open 10 minutes before the start of the screening. Phone: +34 981 560 250.


Important Notices

  • Admission to the festival’s closing and opening events are free of charge (subject to capacity). Tickets may be collected in advance at the Zone C - Information Point (Plaza de Cervantes) box office two days before each event.

  • The capacity limit for each venue may vary depending on the health regulations in force on the dates of the festival.  

  • General season tickets for screenings do not guarantee access to all screenings. Admission to each screening will depend on collecting an admission ticket at the box office: please, keep in mind that tickets for a specific screening may be sold out. 

  • General season tickets for screenings do not give access to either educational activities or live shows and performances. 

  • Once you buy the general season ticket online, you must collect it in person at Teatro Principal or in Zone C, during the opening hours previously mentioned.

Access Protocol

  • Local COVID restrictions will be enforced at all times. As a priority, a safety distance of 1.5 m between spectators must be kept at all times.

  • The use of a face mask is mandatory.

  • Hand sanitiser stations will be available.

  • Entry to the premises will be gradual, and the aforementioned safety distance of 1.5 m must be kept at all times. (You are advised to arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes before the start of the session.)

  • Access control will be done through unattended ticket validation stations that will allow each person accessing the venue to validate their ticket without any physical contact, while keeping their safety distance.

  • The premises will be exited gradually, and those who are closest to the door will be the first to leave the room. The ushers will give all relevant instructions.

  • If you have any COVID-19-related symptom, including coughing, difficulty breathing or a high temperature, you will not be allowed to access the premises.
