• Online: you can purchase all festival tickets online through the platform compostelacultura.gal.

• Zone C - Information Point (Plaza de Cervantes): tickets for all the festival's screenings and events, regardless of location. Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Sundays from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm. Phone: +34 981 54 24 24 62

• Teatro Principal: tickets for all the festival’s screenings and events, regardless of location. Opening hours: during the festival (from 2 to 10 October), from one hour before the start of the first session of the day until the start of the last session. Phone: +34 981 542 349.

• NUMAX: only tickets for screenings taking place onsite. Monday to Saturday (except Tuesday), from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 8.30 pm. Tuesday from 4.00 pm to 8.30 pm. For screenings outside these hours, the box office will open 10 minutes before the start of the screening. Phone: +34 981 560 250.

Important Notices

• The closing and opening ceremonies are free admissions until total capacity is reached. Tickets must be collected at the Zona C ticket office - Punto de Información Cultural (Plaza de Cervantes) or compostelacultura.gal two days before each event from 11 a.m.
• If you have purchased a season pass online, you must collect it in person at Zona C (this applies to all season passes).
• The screening season pass does not give you access to concerts and live A/V shows; conversely, the concert and live A/V season pass won’t give you access to screenings.
• The screening pass does not guarantee access to all screenings. You will have to exchange it for tickets. Please note that if a screening is sold out you might not get a ticket even if you present your season pass.
• You can exchange your season pass for tickets both in Zone C and in the Teatro Principal, at times indicated above.
• Training activities are not included in any kind of season pass.
